Our payment system accepts most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard. If you pay by credit card, the currency will automatically be converted and made available for display in either US dollars, UK pounds or Euros at the time of buying.

Your account will be updated with any details only after full payment has been received. We are unable to accept any other forms of payment.

The order for any subscription and the completion of the contract between the member and the provider will not be accepted if the provider has notified, or attempted to notify, the member that the provider does not accept the order or it has been cancelled in accordance with the instructions in the refund policy.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of, but not limited to, one of the following:
- The subscription you have ordered being unavailable
- Inability of the provider to obtain authorization for the member's payment
- Identification of a pricing or description error
- The member not meeting the eligibility for the criteria for a subscription, or to order as set out in the Conditions of Use.

Charges are those shown and may be subject to change from time to time and without notice. Charges include local TAX if and where applicable.

Refunds and Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your subscription with LegMail.com within seven days of the commencement of the subscription. A full refund will be issued upon confirmation of a valid cancellation under these terms. Costs from any used subscription may be taken from the total amount to be refunded. To request a refund, please send an email to billing@legmail.com or by using our contact page. The cancellation date will be that of the receipt of a valid cancellation request.

A full refund will only be issued within seven days of a new subscription. For any other products or service purchased through LegMail.com, refunds may be given at the discretion of the management of Denebrook Software if within 28 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise for the relevant product or service. These will normally be made by the same method used for payment or as otherwise may be agreed.

You may otherwise cancel your LegMail subscription at any time by going to the 'Close Account' page whilst in the Options section of the LegMail web site. Upon cancellation all access will be removed to your account.

To prevent fraudulent claims and improve security, requests for a refund are reviewed on an individual basis and further information may be requested from you before any refunds are issued.

Security of Credit Card Payments

We use the services of leading credit card processors that provide high security servers to encrypt and process online credit card details securely while you make your payments. We do not hold any credit card details on our servers.

Tax

Taxes will be added at the current rate and is included for appropriate subscriptions listed on this web site.
